Dmitry Nekrestyanov performed at the annual forum on the actual issues of construction industry organized by the publishing house “Kommersant”
The publishing house «Kommersant» held the annual Construction forum «Actual issues of construction industry. Professional view». The event’s audience included about 50 companies and organizations: representatives of the field-oriented committees of St. Petersburg Administration, construction business, law and consulting firms, market experts and analysts.
Such important and problematic topics as investment climate in the Northwestern Federal District, perspectives of the complex territory development, industrial enterprises removal from the city centre, new commercial real estate formats, international experience and Russian practice of bank crediting and project financing were discussed by the forum participants at the platform of St. Petersburg Property Fund.
