Dmitry Nekrestyanov performed at the conference “Topical aspects of public property management”
Issues of public property management were discussed at the conference, organized by the non-profit partnership and the self-regulatory organization of estimators «Community of estimation professionals», in cooperation with City Property Management Committee, «St. Petersburg Property Fund» OJSC and state unitary enterprise «State inventory management and real estate estimation». Representatives of public authorities, consulting companies, public associations and estimation experts took part in this event.
At the conference Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice at Kachkin & Partners Dmitry Nekrestyanov talked on the opportunities of making the city policy regarding public property more efficient.
During the discussion the participants also reviewed the following issues:
• perspectives of public property estimation in Russia;
• practical aspects of performing the material terms of a purchase contract when selling hazardous dwellings in an auction;
• peculiarities of historical buildings’ reconstruction according to regulating bodies’ requirements;
