The editorial of the «Real Estate and Construction in St. Petersburg» newspaper and the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers organized the round table «Apartments: the format nuances – concept, project, effective management, equipment…».
In the context of a quite widespread topic for discussion in professional community that was apartment hotels development the experts participating in this event touched upon the issues that had not been previously reviewed such as effective engineering equipment and design works, advantages and disadvantages of various ways of management and saving opportunities of apartments’ operation.
Representatives of developing, managing and operating companies, consultants, estate agents, lawyers and all the interested market players participated in the round table. Dmitry Sinochkin, chief editor of the newspaper «Real Estate and Construction in St. Petersburg» moderated the discussion.
