Dmitry Nekrestyanov performed at the round table where the new standards of urban design project were discussed
The newspaper «Real Estate and Construction in St. Petersburg», Non-Commercial Partnership «Association of Builders of St. Petersburg» and Non-Commercial Partnership «Russian Guild of Managers and Developers» held the round table «Standard needs to be known!», dedicated to the project of the new standards of urban design.Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice Dmitry Nekrestyanov participated in the discussion.
Representatives of relevant non-profit organizations and business community gathered at the event to discuss sensitive issues within the circle of professionals and to develop optimal solutions. They made claims towards a new version of regional standards of urban design in terms of availability of educational institutions for housing, density index of the road network, identical regulations to the historical center and the large-scale projects and, in addition, proposed priority amendments to the document.
Dmitry Nekrestyanov also shared his comments on these regulations. In his speech he stressed that they were not differentiated according to the areas of the city and the classes of property, did not cover all kinds of social facilities. Moreover, in the document the standard of roads density was unreasonably reduced, and the exclusion of landscaping standard created a substantial risk for new construction, said the lawyer.
