Dmitry Nekrestyanov presented at the conference “Hotel business today: realities and prospects”
The Hospitality Management company with support of the Commercial Real Estate North-West journal organized the event which gathered leading business-players of the construction market.
The experts touched upon the issues of hotel projects’ implementation, as well as the problems of «soviet» architectural heritage. The participants covered the issues of apartment hotel construction, and interaction between a land developer and a managing company: can one run a hotel himself efficiently? They also discussed strategies of hotel market positioning, advantages and drawbacks in creation of a strong architectural concept and directions of facility development.
Dmitry Nekrestyanov, Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice at Kachkin & Partners, gave a speech devoted to peculiarities in legal support of hospitality facilities construction. Dmitry disclosed practical legal aspects of the hotel market players’ activities and listed the main obstacles that one could face during development of such a business in St. Petersburg.
