Kachkin and Partners in association with the international consulting company Knight Frank St. Petersburg organized a training workshop «Legal Deal Structuring For Entering Development Projects: Basic Methods» for directors and specialists of legal departments of development, construction and investment companies.
Dmitry Nekrestyanov, Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice at Kachkin and Partners, and Igor Kokorev, Strategic Consulting Director at Knight Frank St. Petersburg, held the event. During the seminar they structured the basic techniques, mentioned what investors have to consider and evaluate while entering development projects, and illustrated strong examples of its practical application.
In particular, Dmitry Nekrestyanov drew the audience’s attention to the peculiarities of entering development projects through leasing and property acquiring, and Igor Kokorev introduced the current trends of investment offer market and analysis of investment quality objects.
