Kachkin & Partners and the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers organized the round table devoted to significant changes in the regulations of protection and use of cultural sites in St. Petersburg. Sergey Makarov, Head of St. Petersburg Committee on state control, use and protection of monuments participated in the event.
Dmitry Nekrestyanov, Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice at Kachkin & Partners, Head of Legislation committee at the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers, commented on the legislative innovations that will come into force on 22 January 2015 and analyzed their possible influence on real estate and construction market. Among other speakers that had expressed their points of view on the adopted law were also famous architects of St. Petersburg Nikita Yaveyn and Mikhail Mamoshin and representative of the law firm YUST Grigory Filin.
