Kachkin & Partners organized a seminar for the Guild of architects and engineers of Saint Petersburg
Today Dmitry Nekrestyanov, a partner at Kackin & Partners, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice lectured a seminar of non-commercial partnership “Guild of architects and engineers of Saint Petersburg”. This seminar is the first in the series of legal seminars which company holds at the Guild` s request.
The seminar revolved around contracting agreement for carrying out design works. Dmitry Nekrestyanov told the audience about the essential elements and terms that a correctly framed agreement shall contain, things that require particular attention, how to protect oneself from possible disputes with contractor. The next seminar will be dedicated to disputes regarding contract agreement implementation in the area of design and construction: lessons from practice.
