Kachkin & Partners successfully protected the property right of the international agricultural holding IDAVANG to 16 land plots with a total area of 1800 ha
Kachkin & Partners’ Real Estate and Investments Practice associates protected the interests of one of the largest pig-breeding enterprises in Russia within the dispute on challenging the company’s property rights to the acquired 16 land plots of agricultural purpose with a total area of 1800 ha used for the basic production cycle (growing pig feed).
Being recruited in the dispute at a crucial point — during the case consideration in the cassation with two opposite judicial acts, the experts of Kachkin & Partners have not only achieved remanding the case for a new trial, but also within the new consideration in all three instances established the case of Rurik Luga LLC, part of the IDAVANG holding, and the legitimacy of the property right to the land plots. As a result of nearly a year of judicial fights, all three instances agreed with the protection position developed by Kachkin & Partners that allowed to eliminate the risk of the client’s loss of property right to 16 land plots and to remove the threat to production activity of IDAVANG.
