Kachkin & Partners supported the transaction of an A class warehouse with a total area of 107 thousand square meters for Sirin Development company

Sirin Development, the international development company, one of the largest owners of storage facilities in Russia, Latvia and Lithuania, has closed the deal for a large logistics complex Nordway sale near St. Petersburg. Central Properties, the investment development company, has become the new owner of the complex.

The A Class warehouse complex currently operates and covers an area of 107 thousand sq. m.; the sale transaction amounted to more than 4.5 billion RUB, which made it the biggest one on St. Petersburg warehouse real estate market in 2021.

Kachkin & Partners experts provided legal support to the seller in terms of the real estate sale contract approving and concluding as well as protecting its interests. Ensuring services provision continuity to tenants who used the warehouse complex was a fundamental condition of the sale transaction. Considering this, the parties worked out the nuances of transferring the object in deep details to ensure the warehouse complex uninterrupted operation, including the supply of utilities and the termination/occurrence of bank secured obligations.
