“New in status regulation of zones with special conditions for territory use”
With the adoption of Law No. 342-FZ the question of how to apply the new general provisions on zones with special conditions for territory use in practice immediately arose, including the zones with special conditions of use established before the entry into force of the mentioned law. Lyudmila Stepanova, Real Estate and Investment Associate at Kachkin & Partners, is considering major changes and trying to answer this question.
