Kachkin & Partners supported sale transaction of 2.6-hectare land plot in St. Petersburg with over 6.3 billion RUB project financing
Our client, a development company “Red Arrow”, sold a land plot 2.6 hectare in size to “e. Development” for the construction of a business class residential complex on Moskovsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg.
In the end of 2020 Kachkin & Partners have provided full legal support to “Red Arrow” in terms of the land plot purchase with valid building permits, including due diligence and contractual procedures of the transaction. Financing of the project amounts to over 6.3 billion RUB, which is provided by the bank “DOM.RF” («ДОМ.РФ»). The land plot acquisition with all the permit documentation will allow the new owner to start implementing the project and enter the sale as soon as possible.
