Open session of the Guild of Managers and Developers’ Legislative Committee on «Commercial real estate lease: is a bad compromise better than a good lawsuit?»
The Guild of Managers and Developers’ Legislative Committee invites to an open session devoted to the changes in legal regulation of commercial real estate lease and resolution of disputes between landlords and tenants.
Key issues:
- Changes to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: issues concerning registration of a lease agreement;
- Problems in interaction between a tenant and a landlord: ways of solution and compromises;
- Lease of a facility which is not put into operation and the concept of «lease of future estate»;
- Price fixing and unilateral change of rental charge: position of the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation;
- Impact of changes in the legislation, as well as the significant changes in circumstances to a concluded lease agreement;
