Partner of Kachkin & Partners presented at the conference «Land development in the Leningrad region»
The conference on land development in the Leningrad region organized by a non-commercial partnership «Guild of managers and developers» was held today in St. Petersburg. The representatives of the regional government, business community members from construction and consulting companies discussed prospects of the key market segment of the real estate in the Leningrad region.
The first session examined the prospects for growth of residential construction market, planned Integrated Urban Development projects and the ways to rise the state funding on the basis of the private-municipal partnership. Roundtable discussion revolved around the issues of new industrial parks to appear in the region, and also the regional tourist facilities.
Dmitry Nekrestyanov, the Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice at Kachkin and Partners, presented in the section «Development of tourism and sports infrastructure in the Leningrad region». He focused on the legislative aspect of the usage of water resources and creating artificial water estates. Dmitry also touched upon the problems of the registration of title in the coastal and protected aquatic zones.
