SPIBA round table “Questions on contesting the cadastral value of land in St. Petersburg”
At the round table «Questions on contesting the cadastral value of land in St. Petersburg» organized by St. Petersburg International Business Association Legislation and Lobbying Committee the appraisal experts and consulting services market professionals touched upon a number of important topics, including the interaction of appraisers, owners and public authorities; problems of legal regulation and court practice of land plot cadastral value contesting on federal and regional levels.
Dmitry Nekrestyanov, Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice at Kachkin & Partners, performed as a speaker at the event. He drew attention to the pre-trial stage of cadastral value contesting process, special features of appraisers and lawyers interaction; and pointed out the main deciding criteria of either contesting or not contesting land plot cadastral value.
