The new law on the state registration of real estate has been discussed at the seminar organized by Kachkin & Partners, the newspaper “Real Estate and Construction in St. Petersburg” and the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers
Kachkin & Partners together with the newspaper “Real Estate and Construction in St. Petersburg” and the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers have organized the seminar “The new law on the state registration of real estate: the state registration and cadastre after 01.01.2017”. Dmitry Nekrestyanov, Partner, Head of Real Estate and Investments Practice of Kachkin & Partners has hosted the event.
The deputy director of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) Directorate Sergey Nikitin, the executive director of the State Unitary Enterprise GUION Alla Ekkerman and the Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper “Real Estate and Construction in St. Petersburg” Dmitry Sinochkin have also attended the seminar as speakers.
During the event the following questions have been analyzed:
- association of Unified State Register of Rights and Related Transactions and State Immovable Property Cadastre into Unified State Register of Real Estate;
- joint statement for the state registration and cadastre in reference to real estate properties;
- 55 grounds for suspension of state registration and dismissal of it – is it much or few?
- changes in terms of registration and in sequence of documents submission and receipt;
- data alteration in Unified State Register of Property without the possessor’s involvement – whether new legal risks arise;
- specifics of the state registration actions in respect of newly created objects (including apartment blocks), joint shared property and etc.
Heads and experts of legal departments of development, construction and investment companies, architects and designers, journalists of the specialized mass media have gathered at the event.
