Dmitry Nekrestyanov is included in the list of the Association of European Businesses Arbitration Court arbitrators
By the decision of the Presidium of the Association of European Businesses Arbitration Court (AEB) Dmitry Nekrestyanov, PhD in Law, Partner, Head of Real Estate & Investments Practice of Kachkin & Partners, has been included in the list of arbitrators of the permanent AEB Arbitration Court.
The AEB Arbitration Court is an independent arbitration tribunal dealing with commercial disputes: organizations, regardless of whether they are members of AEB, can use it as an alternative to usual court proceedings. The list of arbitrators currently totals about 40 experts with competence and qualifications in various branches of law.

After the reform of arbitration tribunal in Russia, the AEB Arbitration Court may become a convenient venue for resolution of commercial disputes, where parties can be sure that their disputes are solved on an impartial basis by professionals, whose knowledge in the sphere of law is trustworthy”, said Dmitry Nekrestyanov.
