Kachkin & Partners Associates visited an intellectual property right protection forum in Moscow

The event speakers talked on how the last year innovations affected the right holders’ rights, how the antimonopoly amendments influenced the patent litigation and defined how effective would the new intellectual property court be in intellectual property rights protection. During this discussion special attention was paid to the latest edition of the anti-piracy law, domain dispute resolution and strategies of trademark protection system organization.
