Preparation of a legal opinion on the assessment of risks of dispute the provision of legal protection to the trademark Tucano Coffee
The large international franchising network of coffee houses Tucano Coffee entrusted the Kachkin & Partners lawyers with an assessment of risks of possible dispute of legal protection provision to the trademark of the same name in the Russian Federation.
The lawyers conducted a thorough analysis of the legal grounds for dispute of legal protection provision to the trademark of the principal, made a search against the patent office database for similar trademarks registered, and prepared a comparative analysis with the registered designations and detailed the possible risks.
Based on the results of the analysis, the lawyers prepared an exhaustive resolution describing the possible risks and assessing the degree of their occurrence with a view to the successful registration of the trademark on the territory of the Russian Federation.
