Legal support for the Internet project of a major construction company
Our client, Seven Suns Development – a leading developer – had been the organizer of a healthy lifestyle competition whose winner was to emerge with the prize of an apartment in a new housing complex.
Insofar as the competition was conducted remotely, via a dedicated website, it was of utmost importance to prepare a user’s agreement for the visitors to the website. Within an extremely short timeframe (predicated on the competition’s start date) Kachkin & Partners attorneys analyzed the draft user’s agreement proposed by the client, made the appropriate amendments and formulated recommendations as to the regulation of relations between the website owner (the construction company) and users.
