Kachkin & Partners attorneys were retained as outside experts in order to provide analysis and legal consultation on issues concerning the protection of the business reputation of a foreign company in connection with the spread of what the client perceived to be information disparaging to its good name via one of Russia’s leading social networking service.
Kachkin & Partners prepared legal recommendations on the drafting of the procedural documents needed to be filed with the arbitration (state commercial) court and evaluated the client’s legal position, including an assessment of the possible risks.
