Kachkin & Partners at the annual ABA Moscow Dispute Resolution Conference
Maria Zhilina, Corporate and Dispute Resolution Associate at Kachkin & Partners, visited the 5th Annual Conference on the Resolution of CIS-related Business Disputes, organized by American Bar Association Section of International Law. The event consisted of several parallel panels and finished with a moot court involving world class experts. Such actual topics as investor-state arbitration, CIS-related competition claims, corporate management and shareholders disputes, etc. were discussed at the conference. Besides, the representatives of Russian judicial bodies, arbiters from international arbitration courts and specialists from leading law firms talked on the opportunities of increasing the attractiveness of the Russian jurisdiction for arbitration.
