The Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development organized the round table «Topical issues of development of arbitration courts’ institution at the territory of the Russian Federation».
Representatives of public authorities of all levels, law-enforcement authorities, attorneys, scientific community participated in this event.
Kirill Saskov, Partner, Head of Corporate and Dispute Resolution Practice at Kachkin & Partners, also performed during the round table and expressed his own point of view at the functioning of the Russian arbitration courts.
