Advising the City of St. Petersburg authorities on the PPP project implementation
Kachkin & Partners is a legal advisor to the city of St. Petersburg in a PPP-based project of establishing a Fairytale Museum.
The Project was initiated by the city of St. Petersburg that engaged our firm to elaborate a legitimate PPP scheme based on the latest PPP-related novelties of St. Petersburg legislation. The Fairytale Museum will have a moving interactive exposition, as well as a playground, a café and a shop, just as in the best European children’s museums.
The services rendered to the Agency for Strategic Investments also include preparing the Project Concept and the draft tender documentation for the open tender, and carrying out the tender procedure.
