Advising the government of the Leningrad region on the review of regional PPP legislation
Being a partner to public authorities of the Leningrad region for a long time Kachkin & Partners advises the City Property Management Committee of the Leningrad region on preparing this legislation. In particular, our expert consultancy includes:
- Participating in elaboration of legal frameworks for regional PPP projects;
- Advising on core principles of the regional policy in relation to PPP projects;
- Participating in drafting regional law aimed to govern participation of the Leningrad Region in PPP projects;
- Carrying out comparative analysis of the drafted law in relation to the foreign legislative initiatives (the UK, Germany and Canada) and the corresponding laws of other regions of the Russian Federation.
