Legal support for two projects involving the creation of swimming pools in Leningrad Region, implemented on the basis of private concession initiative
The law firm Kachkin & Partners was providing legal support for the private investor in terms of its submission to the local authorities of Leningrad Region of proposals regarding the conclusion of a concession agreement, without benefit of tender, pursuant to Article 37 of the RF Federal Law “On Concession Agreements.”
Among other things, the services included the crafting of draft concession agreements and the formulation of proposals on the private initiative, representing the interests of the investor in negotiations with the public entity, and accompaniment of the proposal-review process (responses to inquiries, amendment of the draft agreement).
The project is the first ever PPP project in the Leningrad region in the sport sphere.
