Legal support of a PPP project on water utilities
The PPP project on modernisation of the sewage and water treatment system is part of program of improvement of social and economic conditions and the quality of life in the area of Ust-Luga Sea Port. Kachkin & Partners team reviewed and amended concession agreement, participated in drafting the tender and core project documentation, and also took part in developing legal measures on preparation of the property complex for exploitation under concession. Our team advised on selection of the project funding sources: in-depth examination of the available federal (Federal Long-term Program “Clear Water”) and regional programs and initiatives was carried out, recommendations on amendments to the project documentation required were given.
Our experts are also involved in working up and structuring of the client’s investment program in the frameworks of concession, and advise on tariffs to be imposed on the stage of exploitation of utilities.
