Support of conclusion of concession agreements on hotels construction in the frames of private initiative procedure in favour of private investors
The St. Petersburg City Government is continuing to work actively on developing the city as a high-profile Russian and international center of tourism. The city’s hotel infrastructure is being expanded and prepared, among other things, for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Projects of hotels’ construction imply the involvement of objects of cultural heritage, St. Petersburg historical buildings for the purposes of the mentioned objects’ adjustment to modern use and provision of their protection for the future generations.
Pursuant to these requirements, Kachkin & Partners attorneys are preparing legal and financial parts of investors’ proposals on conclusion of concession agreements, and holding negotiations with authorized public bodies at the stages of agreements’ examination and conclusion.
This work is being performed under tight time constraints, particularly given the urgent need to develop and prepare the city’s hotel sector for receiving a high influx of tourists.
