Expert review of draft law on Public Private Partnership of Udmurt Republic (Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation)
Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner at Kachkin & Partners, was one of the experts carried out the expert review and elaborated amendments to the current laws governing the Public-Private Partnership projects and also the draft laws on PPP of the Udmurt Republic of the Russian Federation.
Namely, the current law “On participation of Udmurt Republic in PPP projects”, the draft law on amendments the latter, and a number of decrees of the Government of Republic were reviewed.
