Comprehensive support for a project involving the creation of a “Regional Medical Rehabilitation Center” in Leningrad Region on the basis of PPP
Pursuant to the terms of an open tender held by the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activity of Leningrad Region, Kachkin & Partners was selected as the lead consultant for a project involving the creation in the Town of Kommunar, Gatchinsky District, Leningrad Region of a «Regional Medical Rehabilitation Center» on the basis of public-private partnership.
The project entails reconstruction of the existing property complex of the regional hospital and the creation on its basis of a major modern medical rehabilitation center with 200 beds, followed by its running by a private operator on the basis of the respective concession agreement. Kachkin & Partners is serving as project integrator, retaining and interacting with medical, marketing, technical and financial consultants on the project, and representing the interests of the customer in negotiations with other state institutions and government agencies.
This is the first PPP project in Leningrad Region, and one of the first PPP projects in Russia in the healthcare field.
