Investment holding KIT Finance has announced a groundbreaking project on construction of chain of boarding houses with medical treatment for elderly people. As the initiative bears socially important functions, it is planned to structure the investments under a PPP scheme.
Kachkin & Partners Infrastructure and PPP associates’ job involves analyzing possible ways to transfer state property (land plots and buildings assigned to be reconstructed/refurbished and further exploited as boarding houses), and related risk assessment. Another task comprises developing a legal scheme to the Private Partner (client) to invest in the project, preparing recommendation on securing the parties’ reciprocal rights and liabilities and suggesting the most efficient ways of parties’ interaction to eliminate arising risks. A special assignment given to our PPP experts involves developing legal mechanism to keep the project social function in case the Public Partner decides to quit the game.
