Support for a project involving the design, construction, operation and maintenance of road infrastructure in Moscow Region
Kachkin & Partners has been retained as a legal consultant for the Moscow Region with regard to the preparation of a concept for the implementation of a public-private partnership project involving the construction of overpasses on roads of regional and intermunicipal significance in Moscow Region. Our service package included development of the concept, tender documentation and primary documents for the PPP project, including recommendations on refinement of the region’s regulatory framework.
Our attorneys conducted an in-depth analysis of Russian transportation and railway law, offered a number of suggestions on the modification of regional PPP legislation and tax law, and even submitted proposals on the amendment of federal transportation legislation, clarifying the concept of «crossing».
