Legal support in preparing the private investor’s proposal on implementing a concession project in the field of medicine
Comprehensive legal support in preparing the proposal by the private investor on the implementation of a concession project involving the interior renovation and equipment modernization of the central sterilization department at State District Hospital № 22, City of Ufa, as part of a private initiative. The proposal is being prepared on behalf of Genus CJSC, forming part of DELRUS Group – an international research-and-production company and the largest player on the Russian market for medical equipment and related consumables.
The project entails the reconstruction and operation of the healthcare facility as a central sterilization department, including the modernization of its equipment for compliance with today’s advanced requirements.
