Legal support to the project on creation a large landscape and leisure park located in the Moscow region
«Park Rossiya» is the landscape park planned to be created in the Moscow region. The park will demonstrate traditional architectural masterpieces from over Russia; several museums on national and local history and traditions will be opened in the park. It is planned that many large fairs, expo and exhibitions will take place on the park grounds and in the special pavilions. A hotel and an administrative centre will become a part of the park infrastructure. Total surface to be assigned to the park exceeds 1000 Ha.
It is anticipated that PPP will be the way which the regional government will use to fulfill the project in close collaboration with the number of private investors and large corporations.
Kachkin & Partners was instructed to advise on and provide legal support of an international architect and design competition to elaborate the park concept and general idea. It is anticipated that after the competition has been held, and an idea has been chosen, the project to be fulfilled on PPP basis.
