Denis Kachkin became a member of the International Bar Association Banking Law Committee`s executive team
Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin and Partners, was appointed an officer of the International Bar Association Banking Law Committee. The Committee unites legal experts from all over the world, specializing in regulation in the field of capital markets, investments, project finance.
Within his new post Denis will represent The Banking Law Committee in the IBA European Regional Forum, providing interaction with European colleagues and implementation of the Committee`s regional initiatives.
“I am grateful to the Committee`s representatives for their confidence. Generally, looking back at 5 years of participation in IBA, I understand that quantity necessarily transfers to quality.
This new quality for me and the Russian legal service business, which I have the honor to present in IBA, is the recognition of colleagues from banking legal community who trusted me the honorary right to be their European representative. Taking into account the increasing role of project finance as the foundation of any successful PPP, I intend to promote this institute in the post-soviet space within my work as the officer of IBA,” — says Denis Kachkin.
Denis Kachkin is a member of the IBA since 2011 and regularly participates as a delegate and speaker in specialized committees’ activities and annual conferences of the Association.
