Denis Kachkin discussed the changes of the draft law on Leningrad region participation in the PPP projects
Managing Partner at Kachkin & Partners Denis Kachkin participated in the session of a working group created on the initiative of Committee for economic development and investment activities of the Leningrad region in December of 2012.
The session’s participants considered the new edition of the regional draft law on PPP developed in view of previously prepared suggestions and comments as well as the federal draft law «On the public-private partnership» and the regulation of the federal law «On concession agreements».
