Denis Kachkin has been appointed the Vice Chairman of the Project Finance Subcommittee of the International Bar Association (IBA) Banking Law Committee
Since 2018 Denis Kachkin, Managing Partner, Head of Infrastructure and PPP Practice of Kachkin and Partners, will be included in the Supervisory Board of the Project Finance Subcommittee of the IBA’s Banking Law Committee as a Vice Chairman.
The Subcommittee is responsible for regularly informing the Committee members about all innovations in the field of project financing. The Banking Law Committee itself which Denis has been representing as an officer for the past two years consists of professional lawyers from all over the world specializing in regulation of capital markets, investments, project finance.

According to the Committee management, «a deep understanding of the essence of project finance and energy make Denis an ideal candidate for the position of this Subcommittee Vice Chairman».
Denis Kachkin is a member of the IBA since 2011 and regularly participates as a delegate and speaker in specialized committees’ activities and annual conferences of the Association.
