Denis Kachkin is included in the Expert Council on PPP development under the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia
Denis Kachkin, Managing Partner, Head of Infrastructure and PPP Practice at Kachkin & Partners, is included in the Expert Council on private-public partnership development.
The council is created by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to increase the department’s expert and analytical activities’ effectiveness and the balanced state policy formation in the field of private-public partnership. The key tasks of the council are to ensure the Ministry’s interaction with public and financing organizations, development institutions and all interested in PPP issues parties, as well as to develop proposals on PPP legal regulation improvement, PPP mechanisms use and other significant issues.
There are about 35 representatives of leading banks and large businesses, associations and non-profit organizations, consulting firms and educational institutions among the approved experts of the council.
