Denis Kachkin, Managing Partner, Head of the Infrastructure and PPP Practice at Kachkin & Partners, became the only representative of the consulting business in the new composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
The Public Council under the Ministry of Transport was created to interact with the expert community, representatives of the industry, business and the public. The council consists of representatives of public organizations, industrial associations, scientific institutions, as well as experienced specialists and industry leaders.
