Editorial of the leading business newspaper «Delovoy Peterburg» made an attempt to understand one of the most pressing issues of modern health care that is the development of PPP models in health care and creation of an attractive business environment.
Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, was invited among other experts to participate in the round table «Interaction of private and public medicine and prospects of transition to a single medical services market».
City public officials responsible for health and social services together with the representatives of the private and public medical institutions as well as legal and technical consultants discussed the prospects and problems of the organization, financing and restrictions while executing the PPP projects in health care. They also reviewed the existing Russian and international experience in this area as well as ways to improve the level of mutually beneficial cooperation between all market participants.
