Denis Kachkin participated in the meeting of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation on competition development and PPP mechanisms application in the sphere of social services
A meeting on competition development and PPP mechanisms application in the sphere of social services, pilot regions determination for the implementation of social service objects construction using private-public partnership mechanisms was organized at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner at Kachkin & Partners, participated in this session.
Representatives of competent public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, private organizations and noncommercial partnerships specializing in the sphere of social maintenance as well as experts of consulting companies attended the event.
At the session the participants discussed suggestions on possible adoption of tax legislative innovations and granting of recharge subsidies to regions during the implementation of investment projects of the social sphere. They also reviewed successful experience of the subjects of the Russian Federation in involving non-government organizations in social services rendering and examples of projects implementation using private-public partnership mechanisms in the system of social safety net, including PPP projects on creation of social infrastructure.
