Denis Kachkin performed at the Central Federal District Forum on PPP
Tula regional government, PPP Development Center and Corporation of Development of the Tula region held the Central Federal District Forum on PPP aimed at demonstration and replication of the best practices in the implementation of PPP projects in the Central Federal District and sharing the best experience. Among the invited experts Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, took part at the event.
A series of discussions on investment potential and main trends of public infrastructure`s development in the Central Federal District, key factors of successful launch of PPP projects were organized within the first day of the Forum.
During the second day of the Forum an educational program took place, where Denis Kachkin performed at the master-class «PPP or concession: legal characteristics and risks of different PPP models` usage». He also participated in a number of expert sessions on the current state and prospects of PPP development in the Russian Federation, the life cycle of a PPP project, etc.
Representatives of all the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, comprising the Central Federal District, representatives of the federal authorities, investors and private partners, leading consultants and media representatives attended the event.
