Denis Kachkin performed at the IV Annual International Partnering Forum Life Sciences Invest. Partnering Russia

For the fourth time St. Petersburg has become the central platform for the international forum Life Sciences Invest. Partnering Russia, which annually brings together professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.

The purpose of this event sponsored by non-profit partnership «Medical and Pharmaceutical Projects. XXI Century» is to increase the attractiveness of the Russian life sciences market for business and investment; developing partnerships with the world’s leading clusters and companies; technology transfer and infrastructure creation for innovative development of life sciences sphere in Russia.

Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, spoke about the peculiarities of legal regulation in the health sector, its impact on the implementation of PPP projects and possible ways of reforming the legislation in the session «Private-public partnership. Organization of primary health and social care. Nuclear medicine. Management of state asset».

The forum was attended by heads of authorized governmental bodies from federal to regional levels, heads of Russian and foreign enterprises of large and medium pharmaceutical and medical business, chairmen of professional associations and unions, rectors of higher educational institutions, consultants and market analysts. During the discussions they touched upon the issues of innovation and information technology, international cooperation, transition to new modern standards of work, training of highly qualified personnel, finance and insurance, marketing services in medicine and pharmacy.
