PPP Development Centre held the master class “Best PPP practices in health care” at V annual all-Russian conference “Non-government health care: state and development perspectives” where the Managing Partner of Kachkin and Partners Denis Kachkin performed as the invited speaker.
Health care projects implemented in the Russian Federation subjects with the help of private investors were presented at the master class. In his speech Denis Kachkin told about the application of concessions in health care by the example of the project of creation of «The regional center of medical rehabilitation» on the territory of the Leningrad region.
Representatives of competent public authorities from federal to regional levels, heads of field-oriented associations and non-commercial partnerships, managers of private medical organizations, consultants working in the sphere of maintaining PPP projects in health care also took part in this event.
