Denis Kachkin performed with a speech at the first session of the working group on PPP of the Expert council of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organisation “Strategic partnership “North-West”
The first session of the working group on PPP of the Expert council of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organisation «Strategic partnership «North-West» took place on April 18th, 2014 at the residence of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District.
Members of the working group discussed not only common organizational issues of their activity. As part of the session presentation of successful practical cases of PPP mechanisms’ application in the subjects of the North-West Russia and competitive selection of perspective regional PPP projects for the purpose of their further preparation’ concessional financing by the banks-participants of the working group were also held.
