Denis Kachkin spoke on the PPP development in health care within the panel discussion “Modernization of health care in Russia”
The «Kommersant» publishing house and the international clinic MEDEM organized panel discussion «Health care modernization in Russia» devoted to the tendencies on import substitution, the potential of the Russian market of health care, and also competitiveness of the Russian medical equipment and technologies. Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, became one of participants of the event.
During the debate experts discussed the way the international sanctions reflected in the medical branch, how would long-term state planning in health care be carried out, whether it’d be possible for St. Petersburg to become the main medical and pharmaceutical cluster of the country, what were the key problems in design, construction and reconstruction of medical objects, and answered other topical for this market questions.
Denis Kachkin also shared his opinion on current situation and prospects of the PPP mechanisms application in health care in Russia.
