Denis Kachkin talked about the usage of PPP mechanisms in the projects of complex development of territories at the largest real estate forum PRO Estate 2015 in Moscow
Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner at Kachkin and Partners, performed at the panel discussion «PPP in terms of investment potential: components of successful projects» of PRO Estate forum, annually organized by the Association of investors of Moscow, Academy of Real Estate and Nonprofit Partnership «Russian guild of managers and developers».
