Denis Kachkin took part at the PPP session of St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners, participated in the session «Implementation of socially significant projects in the public-private partnership (PPP) format» organized by Committee on HR, social policy and professional eductation of St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
At the event such issues were discussed:
- legal environment for PPP projects implementation (including the regional level);
- perspective projects in the PPP format (social sphere, education, health care, housing and public utilities, transport infrastructure, industry, etc.);
- creation of social objects with the PPP scheme in the context of the integrated development.
Representatives of expert community, law firms, social sphere and health care, scientific and university communities, investment and financial sectors, housing and public utilities, industry, construction and development and legislative and executive public authorities as well were invited to perform.
Denis Kachkin told the session participants of the advantages of application of concessional agreements while implementing the PPP projects.
On the session results all the given proposals and recommendations were reflected in a resolution aimed at supporting of initiatives on development and practical application of essential PPP forms.
