Denis Kachkin took part in the round table of Moscow City Investment Agency devoted to key changes of concession legislation and prospects of this PPP form in Moscow
Moscow City Investment Agency organized the round table “Key changes of concession legislation and prospects of this PPP form in Moscow”, in which participated the Managing Partner of Kachkin & Partners Denis Kachkin.
Major changes of the federal law “On concession agreements” and business cases that had become the reason for appearance and adoption of these amendments were reviewed at the event. The presentation of perspective Moscow projects implying the use of concession model in health care, housing services and utilities, transport infrastructure was also conducted at the meeting.
Heads of Moscow Government departments and top managers of the leading investment companies became the round table’s participants. They discussed the advantages and widened opportunities of the application of the law’s new edition. Moreover, business society representatives talked on the experience of concession projects and concessioner’s needs exposed during their implementation.
