Denis Kachkin took part in the round table of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation on PPP in the Russian State Circus Company
The Russian Ministry of culture held the round table “Private-public partnership in the Russian State Circus Company — from theory to practice”. Denis Kachkin, the Managing Partner at Kachkin & Partners, also participated in the discussion.
Deputy Minister of culture Grigory Pirumov, CEO of the Russian State Circus Company Vadim Glagolev, representatives of public structures, banking sector, private business and law firms attended the event.
Major attention during the round table was drawn to the issues of practical application of various forms of private-public partnership for development of property and creative complexes by the Russian State Circus Company, as well as project discussion of constructing a circus complex including a delphinarium in Ulyanovsk based on making a concession agreement. Protocol of intentions to build this unique object was also signed by the Governor of Ulyanovsk region S.I. Morozov at the session.
